Hi everyone, thank you for sharing how we could improve Xero Practice Manager for your use. We understand wanting to highlight important client information to make this more prominent and how it'd help your team stay aligned and provide the best possible service to your clients.
Please know that your feedback has been shared with our product team. Right now, we're making improvements to centralise the experience across XPM and HQ, bringing clients under one umbrella with Xero Partner Hub.
Atm we don't have direct plans for enabling the ability to highlight notes but we'll continue to review this as we keep developing this space.
We appreciate your passion and your partnership in helping us build the best possible practice management solution, and will share if there are any updates.

Would also like the option to add a note to the profile, underneath contacts.
Currently we need to use the contacts field for notes that are important / need to be visible on the profile. However, this affects integrations, as then the notes get copied across as contacts. If there was a notes section on the main page of the profile, that would be very handy.
