It'd be good to get a sense of interest in each separately.

Another idea for the group profile.
We have an abundance of deregistered clients/entities in our client list. We would like the option of archiving these clients, but if they are still linked through the group, then they still show up under the group profile - but maybe in a separate section, so the group profile could list current clients and archived clients. Would this be possible?
Ideally, we want to archive them because they aren't an existing client anymore, however, we would still like them to be visible/searchable with the client data, so we can see their historical entities and for other reasons.

Thanks for your engagement and feedback through the idea here, community. Appreciate the examples provided of the needs in being able to add relationship types to your clients. While this is an idea our team have their eyes on, we want to be upfront that it's not something we have planned atm. We'll keep you informed if there's any progress to share on this, here.

Is it possible to get an update on this? We have an abundance of unnecessary DNAF (do not act for) clients in our system, that we don't really want, just because we have to list them somewhere / link to structure charts. Being able to manually add these into relationships, would save so much time and hassle, both in acct and admin time, and also in reporting!

I would also like to add a function to this!
It would be good to manually write external parties (non-client), and there associated dates, number of shares, notes, etc, so that we don't have to add them to XPM as a client and list as Do Not Act For (as it makes the group and client list messy). The aim would be that the non-clients can still link through to structure charts, etc.
Would also be good to have the non-clients (manual entries) shown in a different colour (or just black as wont be linked), so that it is easy to tell which are clients v non-clients.

Agree with this! Would like to show clients are siblings, etc, so people don't get confused about the relationships.
Would also like to have an option called Bare Trust.

Hi Maneesha, although that is an option, we were hoping for a rule approach to potentially be introduced to keep it in the system and feel more confident with the accuracy of the changes. Thanks for the input though :)

I agree with this! It would certainly make it easier to archive the group rather than delete the group, as that way when you are looking for a client at a later date (whether it be they return or for other reasons), you still have easy access to the entities in their group.

Would also like the option to add a note to the profile, underneath contacts.
Currently we need to use the contacts field for notes that are important / need to be visible on the profile. However, this affects integrations, as then the notes get copied across as contacts. If there was a notes section on the main page of the profile, that would be very handy.Melanie McPhillips

Would be great if there was a field auto-generated for profile creation and archived. Could run reports on new and lost entities/profiles.
