Other systems we use have this option when a user is deleted: you can allocate all their tasks to another employee. Very useful! See image for an example.

YES! This is very frustrating, especially for a company that uses repeating invoices frequently. We recently had an employee leave and now all their repeating invoices are showing up as drafts. Manual fixing them all is going to require a lot of work. If I had of known, I would not have deleted their Xero account just to save all the time and energy.
Yes, for invoice file attachments this would be very helpful. Instead of 'Invoice INV-XXXX' we could customise it to have our company name in it.
