Thanks for joining and following in the idea here, everyone. While early exploration has been done in this area, we want to be upfront that we don't have any short term plans for developing the ability to track quotes on the dashboard.
At present, you may find search in the navigation a quick way to navigate to all quotes by typing 'q'.
If there is any change planned in this space we'll be sure to update you on this.

Dashboard Quote Summary
It is suggested to include a summary similar to "Invoices owed to you" in the Dashboard.
The summary can include a link to create a new quote, just like creating a new invoice. Also there can be four amounts:
# Draft Quotes Value
# Sent Quotes Value
# Accepted Quotes Value
# Declined Quotes Value
Respectively these would indicate Opportunities, Forecast, Current work load, and work lost.
The bar chart can show the number of quotes sent for a time period. It can be stacked so that the amount of these quotes that end up being accepted is coloured differently.
This summary could be used to help understand the sales performance side of the business and also to get a quick feel for what the future holds in terms of ability to invoice.
The bottom line, like the invoices summary, can be a tally of how many quotes were accepted out of the number that were sent in the last month/quarter/year. The time period should be configurable because some businesses send out many quotes per week and others operate on a few big quotes per quarter.
