Hi community, to keep you updated of progress in this space. Our product team recently released an update so you can view more detail in history such as where an issue or due date has changed or total amounts of the invoice have changed and who these were made by. We have more improvements coming for history and notes in new invoicing and will share more as it's made available, here.

Xero???? When will this notes field be added? It is absolutely useless to have a field that can only be utilised in Xero itself. Surely it can't be that hard to add this to the export in Contacts. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE provide an update

Agree with Joana's comment! Can you give any indication if this is being worked on and some sort of ETA. My team has spent hours pouring info into the new field and we need to be able to export that information.

Absolutely the notes field needs to be added into the export file. There is no other way of extracting any note information added to a customer's profile. This would be incredibly beneficial to our business to utilise information entered into the new notes field. Surely can't be that hard to add this to the export file??

Why would you release an update when it's not what people are actually asking for? We need the timestamp! Work on getting that done instead of **** arsing around doing updates has asked for.
