This has two use cases in our business;
1. a lot of our larger jobs require a deposit to be paid befroe starting work so we need to know when invoices are paid.
2. When a client is overdue on their accounts we place a manual freeze on new work and will ot engage in new jobs until the backlog is cleared.
In both of these cases we are having to manully check everyday to see if a payment has been made which is a massive waste of resources.
