    Hi everyone, thanks for all of your valuable feedback on this idea. The number of detailed comments clearly show how important this feature is for many of you.

    We also agree that this would add significant value to Xero Expenses. That’s why we’re pleased to update the status of this idea to Accepted. This means we have reviewed your feedback and it aligns with our product vision.

    While it is a feature we’d like to build, it’s not currently on our roadmap, so we can't provide a delivery timeframe just yet. We will share another update on this thread as soon as we have more news.

    We employ several consultants who drive on site to clients.

    A consultant may submit a mileage claim. The majority of the time, they travel to the same place for the same reason.

    We submit mileage claims for this purpose.
    The details in each claim is always exactly the same, apart from the date.
    Eg It's the same distance, account, description and labels.

    It would be great to have a feature on the mobile app to clone a previous mileage claim.

    It's a lot easier than someone trying to remember the specific values that our organisation wants populated for the fields each time (eg cost per km).

    And then just change the date and save to make a new claim.
