Hi everyone, it’s great to hear the use our customers find in Contact groups on Xero. We can totally get wanting to enhance the use of contacts and bulk send statements to all members of a group at once.
In lieu of this functionality right now, you could manually filter and select contacts from your list before sending statements.
With sights set on helping our customers collect payments faster, we have a team that is looking at work in the reminders and statements space and sending to contact groups is being explored as part of this. For the time being we'll move this idea to In discovery and I'll keep you looped in on any progress that could help needs here.

We have 4 separate divisions with 4 different branding. Very time consuming as we have to tick up to 65 individual customers in one division to send statements and sometimes we send the wrong customer a different branded statement as names of customers can be similar to another division, which becomes confusing for the customer.
I thought with us setting the customers into groups would help, but there is no way to make it work. Having this sorted would, 1.save us time, 2. not allowing mistakes sending statements to the wrong customer

Would have thought this feature would have been an easy one implement.
It's a real company time waster, we have four departments, invoicing to different customers, and we are having to click manually to send out statements, so we don't send the wrong ones out. We have customers set up in groups, so why can't we send statements out in groups with one click. It's a pity to see previous comments asking for this 10 years ago, think how many hours have gone into wasted admin labor!
