    Hi team, appreciate wanting to hear news from us here and apologies we've not checked back in sooner. Our product team have done initial work to understand the work involved in enabling your customers to pay you through Customer Statements. This is a priority for them and we have plans to develop this capability, however they need to balance this work with other key priorities. While we'll leave the idea Under review for the time being, as soon as there's an update we'll share this all with you, here.

    I also agree with all the comments. A monthly statement provides additional opportunity for customer to pay in full if there were the invoice toggle to select. Xero, please add the pay now feature to the statements so your customer's can see an improvement to A/R churn!

    Hi everyone, thanks for all your support and feedback of how changes in navigation could help your use of Xero. While not across all areas of the product there are some updates in Bills that we wanted to share and may help the needs of some in the idea here.

    We've launched Bills quick view where there's now an eye icon within the line of the bills list. From here you'll find more ease in viewing, and more recently being able to edit bills from this view without having to leave the list, meaning you can simply make adjustments and move from one bill to the next.

    We'll continue to explore and develop solutions like this to help our customers get more out of Xero on the go. I'll keep you informed of other updates that could enhance your experience, here.

    Great comments. Adding that the use of multiple browsers has been my "temporary fix" yet wastes more data entry time. Please add this to future updates.

    We appreciate the interest gathered on this idea, everyone. At this time we don't have any immediate changes planned for lock dates, but as we continue to develop parts of Xero this is something we'll consider as a possible enhancement for lock dates. If there's any news I'll be sure to update you here.
