Hi Simon, are you making use of Tracking at present? If not I'd recommend looking into this for your teams in conjunction with using projects which have a finite date or life of a job.

We have two separate teams (Transport planners and Infrastructure) working on projects, however Infra tends to correlate with TP. Is there a way to find out profitability of the project managers' if more than one working on it? We had two ideas:
1. Set up two separate projects, invoice each and have master invoice (1st+2nd) send out to client (as most clients want to have only one invoice than multiple);
2. If we have one job, can we find out task profitability rather than project, in which case would mean that we would have 2main tasks and after only subtasks?
Any other ideas/suggestions would be very helpful. Thank you
