Hello everyone, we want to let you know that we’ve recently released the ability to convert PDF bank statements into pre-formatted CSV files in Xero (Read more on our blog for more information).
Currently, this feature is only available in the US and Canada. We know this tool will also be valuable to other regions and we'll be sure to update you with any new information about it becoming available globally.
For now, we’ll move the status of this idea to ‘Under review’. So keep voting and give us your input on how this feature can benefit your workflow!

Hi team, thanks for sharing this! We can see how resizable widgets would make the Partner Hub feel more tailored to each practice. Some teams might want a big view of their Alerts, while others prefer a compact Time Summary—being able to adjust widget sizes would make the dashboard feel more like your own workspace.
Currently, fixed-size widgets can make key information feel crowded or require extra clicks to see more rows of data.
We’ve moved this idea to Gaining Support so our product teams can understand the demand for a more flexible dashboard. We’d love to hear from you—which widgets would you most like to expand or resize?

I don't understand why you would put the same technology into the homepage as you have with Xero Accountings Dashboard. It already has resizing in that dashboard. Currently, it looks very messy and not very impressed that this should even be an issue.

Appreciate your feedback, Kerry. Currently the time summary widget is based around capacity which is only Mon-Fri. However, our product team are keen to get a better sense of interest around this and will be keeping a watchful eye on the support in this idea.
I'll let you know if there are any updates.

Hi everyone, thanks for the engagement on this idea. Our team understand the value this feature would bring, and we're happy to share that this is currently In Development.
In Australia, a Tax Returns widget is already available on the homepage, with further improvements planned to redirect users into Tax Manager instead of the Returns page.
For New Zealand region, we’re currently building this functionality for our NZ partners.
We’ll share further updates as the work progresses.

Thanks so much for jumping in and sharing your thoughts on this, community. We really appreciate you taking the time to explain how improvements to Hubdoc's data extraction would help you.
We see how extracting more detail could help cut down manual data entry, and it's worth highlighting that since this idea was started we've added a few enhancements that may have solved the needs for some in this idea;
- Upload in Bills - you can now drag & drop or upload bills directly to your Xero organisation which could save you an extra step not having to publish
- Credit note detection - Hubdoc can now detect when publishing a Credit Note and will get you to review the document
- Improved the accuracy of the supplier
Front-footing here we want to let you know that we don't have further developments planned for extracting more line item details within Hubdoc. If…

With the way the banks in Australia are constantly changing what you can get in the form of a statement, and some are converting to open banking and others not, it makes it really hard to just get bank statements and clients not supplying or not tech savvy enough to provide csv exports from thier bank portal it would be bonus to be able to do this in hubdoc. In addition, the other issue is that you have no choice but to export CSV files if the client has personal credit cards being used in the business. If they supplied a bank statement, it would be great to be able to convert it so we can export it and then import it into Xero as a bank fee. Also, make sure they are exported in the format of the import file, so no need to manipulate the data.
