    Hi everyone, thanks for all your support here. We recognise the importance of notifying the right people when bank account details change, and how this would help businesses strengthen their checks and reduce fraud risk.

    While this work isn’t directly on the roadmap just yet, this idea is on our radar, and we’re looking to explore it further to ensure we’re covering the ground needed for a smooth customer experience.

    We appreciate everyone who's shared feedback and examples, as they help us better understand the impact this'd have in practice.

    Our firm believes it is a critical internal control for both our business and all of our clients who use Xero that more than one person is notified if bank account details are changed. It would be a great initiative for Xero to add this capability.
