    I can’t believe this is not already in place if I’m honest. Sage Payroll manages to signal any pay rate deficiencies or NI category error so why can’t Xero?!
    This brings me nicely onto the next automatic check if possible. Check when someone on a "M" NI code reaches 21 or someone on “A” reaches State Pension Age.
    A reminder / warning message would be better than nothing and would reduce the chance of errors. Xero has the date of birth on record so what’s the issue?!
