    We have a client with 2 divisions under one organisation, with customers replying to the main accounts email where they really need to be contacting the subdivision directly. This is causing issues for the team as the subdivision cannot just reply to the customer

    Ability to show a longer description on bank statement lines to enable easier reconcilig without having to hover over the details all the time
