Thanks for starting the idea here, Renee.
Just to clarify, when you say ‘duplicate a contact’ would this be; the ability to duplicate an entire client (including all its contacts), to duplicate a contact within an existing client, or duplicate a contact from one client to another?

We too require this setting to be made available asap. We need to be able to restrict tax access at the staff level and only allow those selected staff to view client returns that have the tax access turned manually on via the Client tab. To use the current functionality in the Client tab/Options/Tax Access requires you to turn off the staff access for every client one by one and archived client's returns also. This is impossible to do one by one.
You can restrict what jobs a staff member can access, why not tax returns?
