    More and more clients are wanting documents only sent via a secure portal rather than redacted documents via email. I used the MYOB portal for years and it was an excellent feature. Clients can also upload documents from their end too. Gives them peace of mind about the transmission of their sensitive information. Fingers crossed XERO can add these features or at least the document upload from our side for NOA's etc.
