I agree. An employee has resigned and their last day is before the end of the month (on the 22nd). They have 5 day's outstanding leave that is due to them, for which we want to pay them for at the end of the month. However, I cannot enter a leave request for the person after the 22nd, as it has to be within their period of employment. This is going to mess up the number of hours they actually worked up to the 22nd, so I'm going to have to manually add those in to their draft payslip before I post the pay run. It would be very useful if Xero calculated the outstanding/over used leave for an employee who is leaving and adds/deducts this from their final payslip
