Hi everyone, appreciate the continued interest and support this idea receives.
I know it's been sometime since our last update, and I understand frustration in recent comments wanting more news on where this is at.
I want to confirm our product teams still have good intentions to develop the ability to copy to a purchase order from within an invoice, however with the current option of being able to copy to from the invoice list and prioritisation of other pieces of work this isn't roadmapped just yet.
I totally get the needs here and hearing how you found this feature so useful. As soon as there's further news we'll make sure to share this with you all, here. Thanks

To copy an invoice to a PO is critical for syncing the flow. This is available in the old invoicing version and is therefore not a new feature as such. How can you say switch to "Our new version of invoicing is packed with time-saving tools...." when you remove such a critical feature such as the copy to a PO from the Invoice? Shame on you!

@kelly Hi, it's over a year since this tread started and nothing has been done. Why do you keep saying that you are investigating this idea like it's something new being suggested here? Copying Invoice to Purchase Order was a well working function in old invoicing since way back. You just removed it. Please give a real estimate for when this function will be re-activated in the new version or if at all? For our business copying from Invoice to Purchase Order is very important not only for efficiency but also for linking transactions together for future follow-up. We are now evaluating alternative solutions for the whole accounting process.
