I'm a small business and send up to 15 invoices per week. The time it takes to manually enter each customer's details adds up. It would be great if I can send a link and say, "fill this form out", and a customer contact is created.
Instead, we send a PDF form for them to fill in and return, then we manually enter the info. Surely its not that hard. Cant believe this hasn't been implemented already. If it has, I can't find it.
