    The ability to split an employees wage into separate accounts by percentage as well as amount. eg: 10% of weekly wage, which would change each week as staff are casual.

    I agree. Employees having access to all "earning rates" makes more work for me as the payroll officer as I have to double check all the staff have entered their correct earnings rate.
