    Under the previous system this required a single click, under the new system it takes seven clicks to achieve the same outcome. In addition, the existing archive files are no longer sorted correctly by month and year, and there does not appear to be a functional search capability, making retrieval difficult.When I uploaded the bank statements using the statement number format, the system handled two-digit numbers correctly, but once I reached three digits the ordering failed. To resolve this, I had to rename all two-digit statements by adding a leading zero.I also tried renaming a statement by month (e.g., “MAR 25”), but it subsequently disappeared into a large list of older March statements with no logical order. Get rid of this time waster and revert to old workable system.
