Hi 👋 everyone, we appreciate all the feedback. We understand if you're in and out of many different client orgs each day why you'd like to be able to increase this drop down.
We're keeping a close eye on the interest for this here and will share if there are any plans made.

I agree - we should be able to set (and save) our own default settings:
I need 200 per page defaults and I need more companies in 'Change organisation'.- Xero is still pretty clunky.
And while I'm at it, Xero should have a Consolidation feature..... I have resorted to JOIIN ap, which is fantastic on report writing, balancing interCompany Loans and viewing all entities P&L and BS in one place.
Yes, we need an expanded list of 'Recent Organisations' (15 would be a good start) OR have the files displayed on the dashboard across the group.
There should also be a global ability to add or subtract users across many files.
Navigation and user functions on Xero is really poor compared to many of the Apps that attach
