    When you do get to this, options I would like to see are:

    All Customers:
    - Option to send or not send statements automatically.
    -- If the option to send automatically is selected, then:
    --- option to choose what date and time to send them
    --- option to insert a notice to all customers on the statement
    --- option to be notified when opened/read by the customer

    Individual Customers:
    -- Option to choose which individual customers to send statements to
    -- Option to choose what date to send the statement for each customer
    -- Option to be notified when opened/read by the customer
    -- Option to add a notice on the statement to be read by the individual customer

    I hope this suggestion helps.
