    This is critical - all other software providers have this as a standard option to modify the templates. I am new to Xero, but my experience so far is frustration and disappointment - especially with the inadequate and many time plainly wrong responses by the specialists to cases raised. Why Xero is asking us to place a request for a standard option to be developed - this should be in the role description of the specialist who identified another deficiency in the system while responding to a case.
