Thank community, we appreciate all your involvement on this idea. We understand the ability to bulk export or print attached files would be a huge time-saver, especially for year-end audits, client communication, and general record-keeping.
We’ve evaluated the complexity of this feature against other priorities on our roadmap. Atm, this isn't in our plans however we'd like to explore bulk downloading of files from Xero in the longer term. I'll share an update when we're able to give more attention to this, here.
For the meantime if this is essential for you right now, you may like to explore third-party integrations through our Xero app store which could meet your needs here.

Hi everyone, a quick update on multi-authorisation for Payday Super.
We recognise that multi-authorisation is a priority for many of you, particularly as Payday Super approaches and businesses review how they manage super payments in Xero.
Our Product team is actively working on an enhanced workflow for this, which is on track for release next quarter.
We’ll share more updates as soon as we have more to confirm.

Hi everyone, we’d like to round back to share an update that the ability to accept deposits has now rolled out to all AU, NZ, UK, CA, SG and US organisations, and we expect to make this available to remaining regions soon.
Staying close to feedback from its release, our team have recently added a due date field in which you can select a specific date that payment of the deposit is expected if this differs from the Invoice due date.
I look forward to looping back to finalise once we’re at 100% roll out of deposits, and give you a hint of where we’ll be expanding functionality next!

Hi team, thanks for the additional insights to those that have shared via the poll in my last update - You can still rank the importance of stats with us anonymously through the link here. 😊
It's truly valuable to get this feedback from customers to understand what insights would be most valuable for our customers to see and action on quickly.
Right now we don't have immediate plans, but we'll take these learnings into future planning to continue to develop automated bank rec, and I'll share if there are any updates with you all here.

In the Auto Reconciliation screen, could there be a check box that is optional to use to confirm you have run your eye over the Auto Matched or Rule transaction? I'm finding it hard when there is many transactions to know where I'm up to. Maybe also a "select all" too.
Then also when I look back the following week, I'll know I have reviewed those dates. At the moment I'm doubling up checking because I don't want to miss any.

Hey everyone! Thanks for your ongoing feedback on this. We appreciate you taking the time to highlight how important it is to get superannuation calculations exactly right, especially with the specific rules around employees under 18.
Our product team has reviewed this idea and agrees this needs to be addressed. The current workaround of manually adjusting each pay run isn't the seamless experience we want to provide, especially for businesses with multiple under-18 employees.
As a result, we're moving this idea to 'Accepted'. While we can't give a specific timeframe for a solution right now, this status means it's on our radar and something we'd like to develop in the future.

I would like to see an alert/reminder in payroll if the hours are 30 or more for an under 18 year old. That way you can check hours and add the Super.

Hi everyone, thanks for your feedback and votes on adding birthday notifications to Australian payroll - we understand how this could help with team celebrations and managing age-based award rate compliance.
After reviewing with our product team, this feature isn't currently on our roadmap, and we'll update the status to 'Not in Pipeline'. Right now, setting up an external calendar could help you track these important dates.

Now that the Payroll tab has been removed from Xero HQ, some crucial reminders are no longer available. For example the Anniversary of Employees and the Age they are turning on their birthday. Could these please now be added to the Payroll Overview in the Xero Organisation. This will stop errors in missing pay anniversaries (like for apprentices and trainees) as well as you are immediately aware if a birthday is for a junior who will also need a pay increase.

Having at least 2 numbers for authorising Super is now really essential to complying with PayDay Super. Can this please be prioritised.
