We appreciate everyone for getting behind this idea and sharing thoughts on how important it is to track history of leave requests.
Our product team has been following this thread and agree that seeing who approved a request, and when, would add value to Xero Payroll. While we'd like to bring this to life, it isn't on our immediate roadmap.
We’ll continue to review interest in this request, and consider how we could surface the history of leave in future planning. We’ll post on this thread if there are any updates. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us.

Thanks so much for sharing the idea to email historic payslips from directly in the Employee record.
We’ve moved your idea to Gaining support and will be keeping an eye on how much interest it gets from other users.
In the meantime, a handy workaround is to tick the payslips you wish to send from the employees record and then download them and attach to an email.

Thanks for sharing your idea with us. To be completely upfront, this isn't currently on our roadmap. However, you can already view this information within the employee's STP summary by checking the STP finalisation screen.
Even though it's not planned right now, we're leaving your post open to see what kind of feedback and support it gathers from the community. Thanks for sharing your idea about the payment date of unscheduled pay runs. If you're making a correction to a old pay run, in most situations you'll want the payment date to match that of the pay run you're making corrections for. However understand this is not always the case.

Thank you for your feedback on this idea. To account for differing regulations and payroll features across regions we’ve split this idea into separate threads for AU, NZ, and UK.
We also wanted to highlight a related feature recently delivered: Payroll admins can now see an estimated leave balance when adding or approving future leave requests. The workflow prompts you if a request might result in a negative balance.
That said, we recognise there is a gap regarding the ability to set hard limits on how far negative a balance can go. While we understand how useful this control would be, setting specific negative leave limits is not on our immediate roadmap.
We’ll continue to monitor interest here and update this post if there is movement.

I would like to see the date a leave request was submitted when I view the request.
We have a 'one person leave at a time' policy so being able to see which employee submitted their request first would same a lot of time by not having to sort through hundreds of emails from Xero to see when a request was submitted.
