    This is critical to follow audit compliance as currently we must outsource to a 3rd party app that shows the approval of quotes clearly. Please improve this feature so that rather than showing "system generated" when a Quote is accepted, list the name of the person. Perhaps the best way to do this is when a customer accepts the quote they must also provide a digital signature. Because quotes can be emailed directly to the customer through xero this would stream line the invoicing process!!

    it is incredibly important to know WHO accepts/denies the quote and receive a notice when this occurs. Currently, it says "system generated" which means the quote may have been accepted/denied by someone other than who the quote was sent to
