    Please freeze the top two banners so that we can navigate the file without scrolling or tabbing to the top everytime. This would be useful when searching, looking through a large list of AP or AR or reconciling, payroll reports and to go to another client file - and to remind us which client file we are in on a busy day !!

    Hi community, we appreciate you engaging and letting us know the importance of drag and dropping files into your invoices.

    Since the release of the attach files feature within new invoicing our teams have being paying close attention to feedback and understand the efficiency you need in this process.

    This is something our team are looking to make improvements for and we'll shift the idea to working on it. As this develops I'll keep you updated of news and provide more detail through the idea, here.

    Please change this default Xero, i want to set the replies to go to the company email address rather than the user. There is a function that specifies this if the invoice email is responded to via email but not if the link is clicked online. I'm referring to quoting specifically. The ask question button forwards the question to the user not the company. I am the bookkeeper and although i create the quotes as per client specs, I don't want the question or accept / decline to come to me.

    Choose who the replies go to when customer replies to a quote. Currently, the ask question, accept / decline replies go to the user who created the quote rather than the company email or the email selected in the email settings page. I create quotes for my clients and want the replies to go to them not to me as the bookkeeper.
