An error occurred while saving the comment Joanne B Coker commentedPlease change this default Xero, i want to set the replies to go to the company email address rather than the user. There is a function that specifies this if the invoice email is responded to via email but not if the link is clicked online. I'm referring to quoting specifically. The ask question button forwards the question to the user not the company. I am the bookkeeper and although i create the quotes as per client specs, I don't want the question or accept / decline to come to me.

Currently, the ask question, accept / decline replies go to the user who created the quote rather than the company email or the email selected in the email settings page. I create quotes for my clients and want the replies to go to them not to me as the bookkeeper.

Please freeze the top two banners so that we can navigate the file without scrolling or tabbing to the top everytime. This would be useful when searching, looking through a large list of AP or AR or reconciling, payroll reports and to go to another client file - and to remind us which client file we are in on a busy day !!
