Hi everyone, completely appreciate wanting to hear from us on the idea here. Having checked in with our product team we totally get the interest in this idea and creating more consistency between quotes and invoices in Xero.
While we'd like to take a closer look into this down the line, we want to be upfront that there's other work that the team are drawn to atm as a priority and creating a shareable link for a quote is not planned at this stage.

Hi community, thanks for sharing your continued interest here. We appreciate the importance of having assurance that mail you send from Xero is being received, and that being able to send from your own company email would increase confidence in this process.
I can confirm this idea has been continually reviewed by our product teams, and being able to send from your own company email is on their radar. Currently there are other priorities, and platform work that requires their attention, before they can consider this more deeply.
When there is opportunity to pick this up, I will share any news with you all here.

I am surprised that this is not possible. I received recently confirmation from multiple clients that they did not receive a quote or invoice when I sent them via Xero. This is impacting our business and sales cycles.
It's hard for me to understand why this is still not implemented. Does Xero even care about what its users need?
