Hi there, we appreciate you raised this a little while ago. This isn't something we have plans for in the near term. We can also suggest as a workaround that you update employees pay templates with their usual pay so that it is automatically included in the pay run.
We’ll soon remove this from Product ideas. If it’s still highly valuable to you, welcome to start it again and see if it gets renewed interest.

Thanks to everyone following this idea. We understand how being able to import and export pay items would positively impact your review processes.
Though this isn’t currently in the roadmap, we see the value this’d bring in regards to pay award updates. We’ve updated the idea status to accepted and we’ll share any future developments, here. Your input in idea’s is always appreciated.

A report that shows the variance of an employee's standard pay (as per their pay template) and what they are being paid in the current pay run. This can be done at the moment but only after the payrun has been posted, which doesn't give you the opportunity to correct any oversights or omissions before finalising the payrun.
