    This is something that I've also requested - the wording on the email can be worrying as it implies that the job it was related to was cancelled. I had a pack that was signed by one person but the second person wanted to sign it manually. So I cancelled the pack when they both had signed it but they received the email and contacted me concerned that the actual job had been cancelled. This has happened a few times now as not everyone is able to sign into Xero to digitally sign a document. Ideally there should be an ability to disable the email or at least reword it.
