Document Pack - Ability to cancel without client receiving notification
Document packs that are cancelled, send a notification to clients. it would be good to be able to cancel the document pack and have the option of whether or not to notify the client.

This would be a great feature to have. Less confusing for the client and a way we can keep our Xero HQ tidy and up to date. Sometimes the client comes in and signs in person, but cancelling the doc pack after confuses them.

This is something that I've also requested - the wording on the email can be worrying as it implies that the job it was related to was cancelled. I had a pack that was signed by one person but the second person wanted to sign it manually. So I cancelled the pack when they both had signed it but they received the email and contacted me concerned that the actual job had been cancelled. This has happened a few times now as not everyone is able to sign into Xero to digitally sign a document. Ideally there should be an ability to disable the email or at least reword it.

Rachel, I agree, cancelling the doc pack causes no end of trouble with the clients when they receive the email. This function should come under business housekeeping.

It would be great if we could toggle the notifications when we are cancelling a document pack in Xero HQ on and off. In certain circumstances the client does not need or want to be advised of the cancellation and to be able to decide when this notification sends would be really helpful
