    Can this function be looked into please? it has caused so much confusion amongst clients.

    This would be a great feature to have. Less confusing for the client and a way we can keep our Xero HQ tidy and up to date. Sometimes the client comes in and signs in person, but cancelling the doc pack after confuses them.
