    Thanks for raising this suggestion. Having multiple logos available on standard invoice templates could make it easier for businesses to display their branding and accreditation badges.

    Currently, to include multiple logos, you can combine them into one image or use an Advanced DOCX Invoice Template to customise their placement.

    Regarding the ability to add additional business information, this is already available through the Additional business details field in the invoice template, which can be used for business or licence details.

    Thanks so much for sharing this idea, and to everyone who’s added their support and feedback here.

    We’re moving this idea to Accepted as we can see the value in improving the experience for Group VAT workflows, particularly where customers are currently relying on manual import and export steps.

    While this isn’t something we have scheduled right now, it is something we expect to consider as part of future planning. This would require a significant amount of work to build well, which means we’re not able to share a timeframe or delivery details at this stage. We’ll keep this idea updated as things progress.
