   Thanks so much for jumping in and sharing your thoughts on this, community. We really appreciate you taking the time to explain how improvements to Hubdoc's data extraction would help you.

   We see how extracting more detail could help cut down manual data entry, and it's worth highlighting that since this idea was started we've added a few enhancements that may have solved the needs for some in this idea;

   • Upload in Bills - you can now drag & drop or upload bills directly to your Xero organisation which could save you an extra step not having to publish 
   • Credit note detection - Hubdoc can now detect when publishing a Credit Note and will get you to review the document
   • Improved the accuracy of the supplier 

   Front-footing here we want to let you know that we don't have further developments planned for extracting more line item details within Hubdoc. If you do need more specialised line item extraction we'd recommend exploring apps in the Xero App Store.

   Hi community, thanks for the strong support in being able to attach files within Xero Payroll, both for employee records and pay runs. We really appreciate you sharing the value and efficiency this could create for you when working with Xero. It's evident that being able to store important documents like licenses, sick notes, and onboarding papers directly in Xero would remove the need for external storing systems or manual processes.

   We acknowledge it's not the end goal but wanted to highlight the use of apps, as some have shared like Dext, to help bridge this gap in the meantime.

   I want to assure you that enabling attachments in payroll is part of our long-term intentions. However, to deliver this functionality effectively and reliably, we first need to develop some foundational elements within our payroll platform.

   We understand your frustration with the timeline and the limited updates, and we're committed to improving our communication on these important ideas. We’ll be sure to provide further updates work progresses.

   This is urgently required. With changes to STP 2, we can no longer enter in as pay item and deduction. The union enterprise agreement states we must show coinvest and incolink payments on payslip.
