Hi everyone, thanks for sharing your appetite in this idea. You may have seen some of the improvements coming with Xero Partner Hub soon as we unify the client and staff experiences across practice tools.
We want to be open that there are no changes planned for syncing contacts from Xero blue into Xero Partner Hub at this stage but we'll continue to keep a close eye on the interest here and share if any plans are made.

A junior staff member should be allowed to enter timesheets in XPM for the Director with getting full access to the financials. You need to change this. Absurd that a junior would have full access to change anything in the data file when you just want them to enter the boss's timesheet!
I agree. You should also be able to view any custom fields you add to contacts on the first page of the client in xpm
