    Hi everyone, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about the ‘Other Previous Earnings’ line on payslips. We understand that grouping previous earnings can make it difficult to see and explain individual year-to-date earnings elements.

    At this stage, we don’t have any plans to de-group Previous Earnings YTD on payslips. If you’d like to view a detailed breakdown of each employee’s year-to-date earnings elements, you can run the Payroll Activity Summary report.

    We know this is not the update you were expecting, but we’ll update you here if our priorities change.

    I've just encountered this on May payroll and, being in England, the tax year has just started so I can at least compare to April payslips to understand what it is. But I can see how more confusing it will be for employees further into the year when they just want to see a clear breakdown of YTD Earnings. Please remove this from payslips!!!
