    Hi Kelly,

In our day-to-day operations, we handle numerous inquiries, responding promptly with quotes tailored to each potential customer. To optimize our workflow, I'm exploring a way to simplify the process. Ideally, I'd like to create a new quote seamlessly, including adding all the customer's details—first name, last name, address, email, and phone number—all in one go.

Moreover, it would be fantastic if the email accompanying the quote could automatically address the customer by their first name. This way, we can ensure a personalized touch without the need for manual adjustments to contacts or email templates for every interaction. Currently, adding the customer first name placeholder doesn't not work without editing the customer details manually.

Implementing these improvements would significantly enhance our efficiency and elevate the experience for our customers.

Looking forward to your insights, Thank you Kelly.

When generating a quote or invoice, we've noticed that the [Customer First Name] placeholder doesn't work if we haven't added the customer as a contact beforehand. This process is time-consuming, especially when creating a new quote. Is there a way to customize the quote/invoice creation process so we can include the customer's details, like their first name, without having to create a separate contact?

Please, this will really increase productivity.
