    Hi team, we appreciate all your feedback here and wanted to share an update as we have a new invoice editor that is being rolled out to all users (already available in NZ, AU, UK and US).

    This new editor provides more custom formatting options to help you create invoices that reflect your brand with a side preview so you can instantly see how changes will be shown.

    We appreciate that there are additional formatting options that you're asking for here and want to be open that we don't have any plans for providing the ability to edit text formatting in the new editor. We will continue to track votes through this idea and keep an eye on trends so if there are any changes in it's position in the future we can let you know here.

    Format text in description field of invoices.
    Insert a blank line would be handy also.

    Hi everyone, thanks for sharing your feedback on this idea.

    We understand how being able to insert a new line exactly where you need it in a long invoice would make editing much quicker and easier, especially when you’re updating existing line items.

    We’ve reviewed your suggestion and moved it to Gaining Support, so other members of the community can vote and add comments to share how this change would improve their invoicing workflow.

    Please keep adding your use cases and examples — this helps our product team better understand the impact and where this could make the biggest difference.

    We’ll continue to monitor the feedback here and share any updates as we have them

    Is it not possible to create an invoice, and add project time or expenses to it?
    A drop down box under the heading of something like "Add Project Time/Exp".
    Drop down box would allow you to choose the relevant project and would take you to the unbilled time / expenses screen.
    From here you could select the time or expense you wanted to add to the draft invoice.

    Goodness, I can't believe it is not possible to edit (add new time entries) to an invoice created in Project
