Hi everyone, returning from my last update I wanted to confirm that we have released generative answers in Xero in app help for all customers.
We appreciate this isn't a direct live chat feature that is being asked for in this idea and will move the status back to Submitted, however we'd recommend giving this a try when you're next looking for an answer while working in Xero.
This feature takes into account what page you’re viewing, and the version of Xero you use, to do the best to ensure that the information provided is relevant to you.
Live chat is not something we have planned at this stage but if any steps are planned toward this, we'll let you know here.

Thank you all for your engagement with this idea to enable export options for the Short-Term Cash Flow projection in Xero Analytics Plus. We recognise that the STCF report is a useful tool for many of you and that exporting would allow you to share this report which is important in a number of different scenarios.
It is worth noting that for users accessing Xero Analytics powered by Syft, the cash flow report can be exported in a variety of formats. If you haven’t checked this out yet, you can find more information here - Xero Analytics powered by Syft
After carefully reviewing the current development roadmap, we have determined that this request will not be addressed in the immediate future. Therefore, we are changing the status of this idea to Not in the pipeline. However, the idea will remain open for votes so we can continue to monitor community…

Short Term Cashflow improvements
1.It would be great if you could set up recurring sales invoices and that these would factor into the cashflow forecast.
2.It would be useful to have a report for the short term cashflow. This would also be useful if that report could be dropped into Excel. Banks often ask for longer than 3 months cashflow and it would be great if you could drop the one in xero into excel to extend.

The way support is provided at Xero is very frustrating, support queries take too long to be responded to, especially payroll queries the average wait seems to be a day!! A live Chat or telephone number is really needed. I also use Sage and they have got it spot on chat bot for initial support that passes straight through to a person to deal with in real time if the chatbot can't help. Xero you really need to do better with support.
