Hello everyone, appreciate all your feedback here. To be upfront, we don’t have any plans to develop the ability to reconcile clearing, control and non-bank accounts in the near future.
Some of the technology improvements going on across Xero will create more opportunities for us to explore extending some of the more complex functionality from one part of Xero to another. However, we are some way off from this yet.
That being said, there is the Account transaction report that could be handy in providing a view of both sides of a transaction in Xero. You can include the related account as a column in the report - See more in our help article on this.
Alternatively, if you’re using an external system, you could look into the Xero App store.

Editing an invoice is painful. Can we have the ability to insert lines?
Also can we adjust the Products & Services without loosing all the information on that line?An error occurred while saving the comment Lee Hoskin

When editing an invoice and you change the Products & Services, all the data in that line is erased. Why? Having to copy and paste info beforehand is time consuming and unnecessary.

Appreciate all the feedback and ongoing support here. We recognise the main areas this has been asked across are invoices, bills, contacts, bank statements, and reports. Also it appears there are some users here that’d like to navigate between pages of a list while others that’d like to open transactions and navigate back to their placing on a list.
For moving between pages of a list, there are a couple of other features that may be useful, such as;
- Increasing the # of items that are shown per page (available from the bottom of the page)
- On many devices you’ll find ‘End’ and ‘Home’ keys that allow you to quickly navigate to the bottom and top of a page which could also save effort in scrolling the page
- Within reports you’ll find the bottom navigation is now frozen so regardless where you are on the page of a report you’ll…

When viewing Bank statements on a desktop, can the Page Selection tab be located at the top of the page as well as the bottom and have the option to select and default layout to show most recent transactions first?

Is there a way to Reconcile multiple Cash transactions instead of having to go into each invoice and Reconcile individually. Really time consuming and unnecessary if not.
