Hey everyone, thanks for engaging with this idea about being able to attach PDF bank or credit card statements directly to reconciliation reports in Xero. We know this can help simplify the cross-check process.
Right now there is the ability to upload statements into the Files inbox where you could create a dedicated folder for these type of files. However we understand the limitation in that this doesn't link them to report as you'd like here.
Our product team are looking into possible ways to attach files within the banking space and how we might fit it into the reconciliation workflow. It’s early days, and we’ll share an update when there's more news.

Hi Ben, thanks for sharing your idea. I’ve moved this to Gaining Support.
Currently, our direct feed agreement with CBA is limited to their business and corporate products. However, with the ongoing rollout of Open Banking in Australia, we know there is a lot of interest in seeing more personal account types supported.
I’ve updated the title to "Bank Feeds - Support for Commonwealth Bank (CBA) personal credit cards" so other community members can easily find this and add their votes.
Quick Tip for now: Until a direct feed is available, the most efficient way to get those transactions in is to download an OFX or CSV file from NetBank and use the "Import a Statement" feature in Xero. You can find a step-by-step guide on manual imports here.

Hi team, we appreciate hearing how splitting batch payments could make reconciliation faster and less manual, especially when only one invoice from a batch is paid and the rest remain outstanding.
We agree there’s a real opportunity here to simplify the process. While this isn’t something we’re building right now, it’s part of a broader set of ideas we’re considering as we look at how to make reconciliation more flexible and efficient.
For UK and US customers we have online bill payments that make the batch and reconciliation process much simpler - If you’re not too familiar with online bill payments you can get to know more through Xero Central and learn if this solution is right for you;
Similarly, we are working on a solution for our AU customers and will be sure to share more as…

Bill Payments - be able to create a make payment for a set amount which is a part payment of a supplier statement and send remittance for a part payment for multiple bills on a statement
Client/business receives multiple bills from supplier, and pays 30 days after end of the month, they may want to pay installments of say $5,000 off the statement which will be applied against multiple bills including a part payment. At the moment there is no way to create this payment and send a remittance to the supplier, we have to wait until the payment appears in the bank feed to reconcile against the bills. We should be able to stipulate an amount of the payment when creating batch payments.
