433 votesHi team, we appreciate the growing interest this idea's gaining and want you to know our product teams are very attuned to our customers desire for a bank feed for CAF bank.
We're continuing to work closely with our third party integrators to make more bank feeds available via open banking. A feed for CAF is high on our agenda, however we're reliant on third party integrators to support this integration in order for us to deliver this for you all.
I want to assure you we're pushing for it's integration, but we cannot commit or confirm a timeline for this work to be undertaken.
As soon as there's progress to share we'll happily provide further updates for you all.

81 votesHi everyone, thanks for all the support for a bank feed with Aldermore Bank. We are aware of the interest here, and are currently exploring the possibility of this feed.
As some of you have noted, the best option for now is to manually import your bank statements into Xero. This will help you keep your accounts up-to-date. You can find instructions on how to do this in our Xero Central article here: Import a bank statement.
Another way you can help is by letting Aldermore Bank know you’d like to see them integrate with Xero. We've found that banks are more likely to prioritise building a feed when they hear directly from their own customers. We know that having to manually upload statements takes valuable time away from running your business, especially when your bank doesn't offer CSV exports.
I’m happy to share that we're exploring a bank feed for Cynergy Bank.
While we can't give any commitment at this point, we'll be back once the team have had a chance to dig in deeper and share any progress.

Stripe - Allow user to choose payment account when creating a Stripe direct feed
Currently, if you connect a new Stripe feed, your default Stripe payment account auto updates to the new account without asking or notifying you. This is highly problematic. At a minimum, you should be notified that its updated. At best, it should ask if you want to update.

Send remittance from bank views
Allow bulk sending of remittances from bank's Account Transactions tab
OR
Add a 'Reconcile and Send Remittance' button in the bank reconciliationCase scenario: I have multiple payments to reconcile which all include multiple invoices, so the easiest way is to use the Match option in the reconciliation tab.
This then means going into each individual payment in the account transactions and opening it to send the remittance.
Ideally, I'd like to either be able to either select multiple payments from the bank transactions with the checkboxes and have a 'Send all remittances' button

Recognising Bank Account "Spaces" or "Pots" eg Starling, Monzo etc
Most modern banks are now providing this extremely useful facility, so it would make sense for Xero to incorporate recognising these kind of transactions please (rather than us having to manually enter fake transactions to move them out of the bank account.
Xero currently doesn’t show/cope with moving money around Spaces within a bank account?Come on guys, loads of banks are going towards this kind of functionality!
We can even pay DDs right from a Space.Pls can you add maybe “sub-accounts” indented underneath each Bank account to show where…

number of transactions per month
Would be great to see report for all clients on number of transactions per month over a 12 month period - can monitor levels of bookkeeping required and update pricing more easily - see which clients have a high amount of transactions, monitor activity levels

Bank Feeds | Check Dates - Ability for Xero to autopopulate the check with date and payee
Currently, a check written is downloaded in the feed with the date the check cleared and no payee name. It would be fantastic if AI could read the check, enter the payee and the date the check was actually written rather than the date it cleared. That would save the user from having to look up the check on the bank website and manually editing it so that the bank reconciliation is actually correct.

4 votesHi Ben, thanks for sharing your idea. I’ve moved this to Gaining Support.
Currently, our direct feed agreement with CBA is limited to their business and corporate products. However, with the ongoing rollout of Open Banking in Australia, we know there is a lot of interest in seeing more personal account types supported.
I’ve updated the title to "Bank Feeds - Support for Commonwealth Bank (CBA) personal credit cards" so other community members can easily find this and add their votes.
Quick Tip for now: Until a direct feed is available, the most efficient way to get those transactions in is to download an OFX or CSV file from NetBank and use the "Import a Statement" feature in Xero. You can find a step-by-step guide on manual imports here.

Bank Feeds - Suggestion for Proactive User Notification of Bank Feed Disruptions
Would be great if users could be directly notified if there is a bank feed disruption or issue for their specific bank accounts.

Just signed up for Xero today, and now I have to cancel because you don't support my bank. Worth mentioning that MS doesn't provide acceptable export options for their data, so there isn't a clean method for me to transform their data to get it into Xero. Bank feed - FNB South Africa
Bank feed interruptions - First National Bank is causing huge delays and back log of work piling up. I've not been able to connect or refresh clients bank feeds since mid Feb. This is really an ongoing issue.

The bank feed needs to be refreshable for ALL BANKS
ALL banks should be able to refresh. I am with The Co-op for my business banking. I was previously with Quickbooks for my accounting software and was able to refresh my bank feed whenever I needed to. With Xero I can't. Being on top of the money in the bank is crucial to business owners. Having to wait a day, or sometimes days, for the information to feed in is debilitating and very frustrating. If the bank can provide the feed to one accounting software company, then the problem is not with the bank. Please, Xero. Please sort this out.…

Bank balance tracking has disappeared from the new home page, and when you click on accounts it only tracks the balance for the last month.

This tracking is useful to help monitor where the bussiness's cashflow is heading. Ultimatley, I would like to see options as to how far back you can view the cash flow trackiong graph.

Attachment to bank feed
Clients should be able to attach the vouchers to the bank feeds then the accountant can review the voucher and code the transaction. As it is, whoever attaches the voucher has to code the transaction. This is risky for a non-accountant. If the accountant is sent attachments and they have to work out what bank feed it relates to before coding it is inefficient.
