Bank feed - Change set up for start date to make this more obvious
The current Xero set-up does not allow the user to change the start date for a bank feed once it has been activated. The start date must be input during the initial set-up and if missed (since it defaults to current date) or is mistyped in error you have to upload historical bank data by CSV. An option in the Bank Account menu to enter an earlier start date would be very useful. Failing that, remove the default so you have to input a start date at initial set-up and a question coming on after that to double check that it is what you want and warn that it cannot be re-set later.

Hi Sanjit, appreciate if missed this can result in extra manual work to back date and import older statement lines to your bank account in Xero.
Enabling the ability to change the start date once set up does create quite a few complexities, however I've slightly altered the title of your idea to reflect the behaviour of setup and we'll start to get a wider sense from the community in this here.
