Bank feed - Cynergy Business Saver account
For Xero to expand their bank feed connections to develop feed that supports Cynergy Business Saver accounts.
Xero claim to support all bank account types but it does not work with Business Saver accounts.
Note, I do not have a business current account with Cynergy, only a Busines Saver account.

Hi Paul, thanks for sharing this suggestion. We understand the request for a direct bank feed for Cynergy Business Saver accounts, which could reduce the need to manually download and import bank statements. You can refer to this article for more information on supported accounts.
I’ve updated the status to Gaining Support so we can continue tracking interest. While there are no immediate plans from Cynergy to support this account type for bank feed, we’ll keep monitoring feedbacks in this space and update you here if there's movement with this request.

It seems silly that they have made a new connection and not made it for all account types. I have spoken to both Xero and Cynergy about this and although it is not clear at first, both say that the new connection is only for the current account. Not very useful when all we have is a business saver

I'm very confused as a recent update from Xero said all accounts were supported from Cynergy Bank but every time I try to set up the feed for the Business Saver it doesn't seem to work. This seems to be a fault rather than a product suggestion?
