Please can you add a second reference box in bills. The reason is we would like a 2nd box to use as our Po - to enable us to search for bills easier. EG we like to put customer name as reference or a description of the goods to make searching easier. We use regular suppliers who can send up to 30 bills each per month. Currently if we have a query, we have to open each bill to find the one we are looking for. To be able to search by name or reference would enable us to go paperless, currently we are unable to due to the problem with searching - the only way is to add the details to the reference box with the invoice number - which is not ideal.
