    Hi everyone, we appreciate and understand the desire to use a credit card for Auto Super payments.

    We've looked into the possibility of introducing this feature. However, Australian regulations currently do not support credit cards as a payment method for Superannuation. Until these regulations change we’re unable to develop this feature.

    For this reason we’ll be changing the status of this idea to Not in pipeline. We’ll continue to monitor regulations in this area and will revisit this idea if the situation changes. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.

    Many Farmers run on an overdraft and credit cards. Many cannot use the Xero Super Auto payment and instead use SBSCH, as the ATO accepts payment of SBSCH with a credit card. As SBSCH is being de-commissioned 1 July 2026, We are requesting Xero to enable credit cards to be linked to pay the Xero Super. The clients are paying enough in their subscription and have been paying for the XeroClickSuper function to be available, the only thing that is stopping them is overdraft facilities and credit card facilities wont work with Xero Click Super.
    Gold Star for Xero if IT can make this happen.
