    Is there any update on the availability of these fields in reporting?

    We recently acquired another accounting practice and bank account details were not imported from one XPM to the other.

    We need to get bank account details into the clients that are now in our system, but we don't have a list of those details from the old database.

    Before this database is closed off, we need to have a report that can then be imported into the new database.

With the combined experiences of Xero HQ and Practice Manager this'll include the ability to merge two clients into one, like you're after here 🙂

    Thanks for feedback Dale, but this is in regard to merging duplicate clients in XPM not in HQ.

    We had an existing XPM database for iRet's which got abolished. When we migrated from MYOB, a second client record was created. It would benefit everyone greatly if client records could be merged so that ITR's and previous jobs can stick with the 1 client.

    Also, the system should identify when a TFN and ABN have previously been used in the system in order to prevent future duplications.

    How can a system be so inflexible that it doesn't allow you to transfer costs between jobs??? Silly!
