    Hi team, we appreciate the on-going support and feedback we're receiving on this idea and pleased to be able to share this update. Our product team are actively exploring how we can best solve for the needs raised here, although at this time are unable to provide any set timeframes.

    They are very much aware of the appetite from our community on this, and as part of their exploration have reached out some users here as they gather insights.

    For the time being we'll shift to In discovery and I'll return as soon as there is more on this to share.

    Please don't use this customer support forum to promote your solution. It's not an approach we want to use - we want XERO to fix this issue and stop fobbing us off with 'other priorities' .

    The requirement is slightly different - people want to connect their domains, not just send from their own email.

    Emails sent from the Xero domain are not properly identified and therefore likely to be treated as spam by the large platforms (Google, Microsoft).

    It concerns me that Xero doesn't appear to understand the requirement fully, let alone recognise the priority that needs to be given to it.

    As a partner, this issue is a major blocker to my recommending Xero as a solution for my clients over other accounting software.

    All have this feature except Xero!

    Late Payments are bad enough for business, without this unneccessary extra hurdle.
