Hi all, just updating the status of this idea to Accepted here, to align with our new statuses for Xero Product ideas. You can read more about this on our blog.
We're also pleased to see in your comments here that CAF have introduced QFX file types for downloading transactions - this'll make manually importing more streamlined until a bank feed is made available.
As per our last update, we appreciate all the interest a feed for CAF has gained and we want you to know this has definitely got attention from our product team, and something they hope to explore in the future however we can't provide any timeframes at this time. I'll be sure to keep you updated of any progress that moves this along. Thanks

Just to let everyone who is using Xero know - CAF has reinstituted a QFX download on the transactions screen which works the same way as an OFX without needing to be amended. You need to use the download button when you're looking at your account and it will give you options of dates to download and output options. DON'T use the historic transactions tab, just the download icon on the banking screen where you can see your recent transactions.
Hope that helps a bit.
Commiserations to anyone who's had time sucked into the CAFBank systems upgrade wormhole.

The CAF "upgrade" is going swimmingly so far isn't it?!

Just an interim suggestion for people waiting patiently for the automated bank feed to arrive - if in CAF you download your transactions into an OFX format it can be directly imported into Xero without any fiddling around.

We really need this - hours wasted manually uploading two different bank accounts weekly and our receivables are always out of date.

Aren't we already - we've certainly moved most of our payments to an alternative current account we already had.
Out of interest does anyone use a forum for finance managers in medium sized charities?
Onwards and upwards!
